The Jensen Connection

March 2005

Natalie got to go to her first Primary Activity this month! It was a carnival. She had a lot of fun at all of the different games, and it was also cool to see all of her teachers outside of just Sunday!

Rachel got to go to the annual Mary Kay Career Conference, which is held every March. This year it just happened to be held in SLC, the weekend of March 11-12th. It is a big celebration & training event to keep us motivated and give us great ideas to use during the last quarter of the year. In July/August will be the annual Seminar in Dallas which is to celebrate the end of the MK year and the beginning of a new one!

Natalie & Rachel got to go on a Playgroup field trip to the FIRE STATION on the 15th ! She got to have her picture taken in a real firefighter outfit and hat, and sitting inside of the actual fire truck. We had a great turn-out for this trip!

On March 26th Natalie got her very first COUSIN on the Jett side! Ben & Christy had their first baby, a girl named Emma LeeAnn Jett. We can’t wait to meet her in person! We don’t have any trips planned to GA as of now, but hopefully soon!

Dave & Rachel gave talks on Easter Sunday- Dave speaking on the atonement, and Rachel telling Easter stories to the Children. It was fun to have all of our Utah brothers and sisters come to our ward that day! (John, Elisa, Scott, Sarah, & Stephen.) We had a great Easter Egg hunt for Natalie and a delicious Easter dinner including Turkey & potatoes… my mouth is watering just thinking about it again… Mmmm!

We began preparations for our 2004 taxes this month. We decided to have a CPA help us this year.. we’ll see if it’s worth the $ to save us both the time and the stress of doing it ourselves…

Dave put on another great Pack Meeting this month- the theme was Invention Convention, and he dressed up & acted like a wild and crazy mad scientist. He is SO FUN with those boys!

Can you believe 2005 is already a quarter over with!?? CRAZY how time flies while you’re having fun! ?

With Love,

Rachel, Dave, & Natalie Jensen
