The Jensen Connection
February 2005
Natalie got to give her first talk this month! She talked about
Jesus and showing love to our families. She is doing a great job
in primary! She sure gets bored sometimes during the day with no
one but mom to play with. We need to have friends over more often!
Lately Natalie has loved playing “Grandma & Granddad Jett”-
where one of us pretends to be Grandma or Granddaddy, and the other
one comes to visit. She loves “writing” them a note
and “flying” on an airplane to GA to give it to them!
Not much new with Dave. He is sure glad that the weather is getting
nice enough for paintball.
Rachel & Dave both went to a ward Valentine’s dance on
the 12th. It was fun- we hadn’t been to a dance since I don’t
even KNOW when! Dave was nice to go with Rachel even though he would
have rather been doing pretty much anything else…
We also got our family pictures taken on the 12th, from Dave’s
brother Paul. WOW he is an amazing photographer! He is preparing
one of our favorites to be put on canvas for Dave’s office.
On the 16th was the annual Blue & Gold Banquet for cub scouts.
This was a big celebration year- the 75th anniversary of Cub Scouting!
We basically had a big birthday party with balloons, cake, &
all that jazz.
Natalie & Rachel were VERY excited to get to go to Sarah Jane’s
ultrasound on the 24th. Natalie found out that her cousin will be
a BOY! We can’t wait.
Rachel & Natalie have also been getting out to go walking more
now that it’s getting so nice outside. Our neighbor Wendy
McKinney and 2 of her kids, Katherine & baby Jacob, invited
us to go out each weekday @ 12:30. It is nice to have someone willing
to go with you- to motivate you to get out there!
With Love,
Rachel, Dave, & Natalie Jensen
